How the test works

   Step 1: You tell us your business and website. We find the contact or quote form on your site.

2. 2

   Step 2: We send one real request through it, written like a customer would, from a test address that records when the first reply arrives.

3. 3

   Step 3: You get a private scorecard by email: your reply time next to what OnDot would have sent for your kind of business, in about 10 seconds. If nothing comes back within 7 days, the scorecard says so.

What the scorecard shows

• How long your first reply took
• What OnDot would have sent instead: a price range, a booking link, a question back
• Whether your form gives a price range, offers a booking time and is ready for AI assistants

The scorecard is private: it has its own link, isn’t listed in search, and never shows your reply text.
