- Will it quote jobs I have never priced?
- No. Builder only uses items on your price list. When nothing fits, it offers your call-out visit instead.
- Can it add an emergency surcharge?
- Yes. Put the surcharge on your price list and Builder adds it when the customer picks "Emergency, today".
- What if I am on a job all day?
- Drafts wait on your phone. Approve with one tap between jobs; the customer gets the email and a booking link straight away.
