Letting agents and landlords
A viewing request form that checks your criteria first
Applicants give the property, move-in date, household, income and pets. Scout checks them against your criteria; Follow-up books a viewing for the ones who fit.
Sound familiar?
- A good listing brings eighty enquiries in a day.
- You spend viewings on people who were never going to qualify.
- Applicants want an answer the same day.

Intake
Checks the request is complete and real, sorts it by job type and checks the property and move-in date are there.
Scout
Reads each application against your criteria and gives it a score, with the evidence for each one. A brief for you, never a rejection on its own.
Follow-up
Answers their replies and offers free times from your calendar to book the viewing. You approve; the time is held for them.
Starter must-haves
- Move-in date within two months
- Income about three times the rent (or not stated)
- Pets allowed only where the listing says so

Questions
- Does it reject people automatically?
- No. Scout scores and explains; you decide. Every reply waits for your approval.
- Is it fair?
- Scout only checks the criteria you write (dates, income band, pets) and shows the evidence for each, so you can see why.
- Many properties?
- One form, with the property as the first question, or a form per listing.
