The bots behind it

  • Intake

Checks the request is complete and real, sorts it by job type and flags office jobs that need a size.

  • Builder

Multiplies your per-room rates by their rooms, adds the extras they ticked and rounds the range your way.

  • Follow-up

Answers their replies and offers free times from your calendar to book the clean, one-off or weekly. You approve; the time is held for them.

Questions

Can it handle offices by size?
Yes. Add a per-m² rate and the form asks offices for their size; Builder prices from that.
What about weekly clients?
They pick "Weekly" on the form; Follow-up books the first visit and you keep the rest in your calendar.
Can I change the rates?
Every number is yours. The ones above are starting points you edit before the bot uses them.
