A new patient form that books the first appointment, never diagnoses

New patients give the reason for the visit, how they pay and when they are free. OnDot quotes the first appointment from your list and books it.

Request an appointment

The bots behind it

  • Intake

Checks the request is complete and real, sorts it by job type and keeps it to booking: no medical advice.

  • Builder

Quotes the first assessment or check-up from your list. It never comments on symptoms or suggests a diagnosis.

  • Follow-up

Answers their replies and offers free times from your calendar to book the first appointment. You approve; the time is held for them.

Questions

Will the bot give medical advice?
No. It quotes and books. Anything clinical in a reply comes to you.
Is patient data safe?
Each clinic only sees its own requests, nothing is used to train AI models, and you can export or delete everything. A DPA is available.
Insurance?
The form asks how they pay, so you see self-pay and insured requests apart.
