1. Agreement
These terms are between you and REVIVAL d.o.o., Croatia, the maker of OnDot. By creating an account you accept them.
2. The service
OnDot provides forms, bots that draft replies, quotes and booking links, and an inbox for approving them. Bots draft; you decide what is sent, unless you turn on earned autonomy for a bot.
3. Your account
Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and your team members.
4. Plans, trial and billing
New accounts get 14 days of Crew with no card. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. At a plan's request limit, requests still arrive; bots pause until the next month.
5. Your content and your customers' data
You own your content and the data your forms collect. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use OnDot for spam, unlawful content, or to collect data you are not allowed to collect.
7. Prices you quote
Quotes are built from the price list and rules you provide. You are responsible for checking and approving them.
8. Availability
We work to keep OnDot running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time and export your data first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
11. Law
Croatian law applies. Courts in Karlovac, Croatia, have jurisdiction, without limiting consumer rights.
