1. Who we are

OnDot is operated by REVIVAL d.o.o., Dr. A. Starčevića 15, 47000 Karlovac, Croatia. For visitors of ondotbots.com, we are the data controller. For the form data our customers collect through OnDot, we act as a processor on their behalf.

2. Data we collect

• Information you send us through forms or email (name, email, message).
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
• Account and billing data when you sign up in the app.

3. Why we use it

To answer your messages, run the OnDot Test you request, provide the service, bill you, and keep the site secure. Legal bases: contract, legitimate interest and, where required, consent.

4. Customer form data

Data submitted to our customers' forms belongs to them. We process it only on their instructions, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement. We never train AI models on it.

5. Subprocessors

• Supabase (database and auth, US East)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Anthropic (AI drafting)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Stripe (payments)

6. International transfers

Some subprocessors are in the United States. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.

7. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Customers can export and delete their data at any time.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing. Email hello@revival.hr. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

9. Cookies

This site uses only cookies needed for it to work. We will ask before using any others.

10. Changes

We will post updates on this page with a new date.
